Where do I get started?
Click on any of the purchase points above. You’ll be taken to a checkout page where you can buy the Summer Meal Survival Kit for only $27. Upon purchase, you’ll receive an email containing a link to download your PDFs. You can print them or view them on your computer, tablet or phone. You may need to download a PDF viewer and there will be links for that in the email if you don’t have one.
What do I get for $27?
You’ll get five meal plans that include full recipes, assembly instructions, cooking instructions, shopping lists and prep lists and our favourite thing: printable labels that can be attached to your freezer meals. They have the recipe name and cooking instructions right on them! You’ll also receive three PDFs of simple marinades to add to your chicken or salmon before freezing.
What if I don’t get the email?
If you don’t see your email within a few minutes of purchase, check your junk folder as it sometimes end ups in there. If you still don’t see it, you can contact us at support@freezermeals101.com
