So great that you contributed here, Reuben. My daughters experienced significant trauma. Both present with symptoms, one more severe than the other. I worry about their future relationships all the time. The trust piece, or lack there of, in me especially (adoptive mom, aunt) is so profound. They are both teens. Thanks for sharing.

In most cases it’s un-heard of and goes un-treated. As a 44 year old male, I have yet to recover from it. This disorder has affected my life. It’s very difficult to communicate effectively and have long lasting friendships.
